Cactus advise Grist on their sale to Momentum ITSMA

We are thrilled to announce the sale of long-time Cactus client Grist to global business growth consultancy Momentum ITSMA.

Leading thought leadership agency Grist will continue to design their research-based thought leadership programs as well as helping Momentum ITSMA clients deliver strong and distinctive thought leadership for strategic accounts.

Cactus began working with Grist a number of years ago, initially providing oversight and external input into the vision and strategic plan which owners, Andy and Mark, had for the agency.

“Joining forces with Momentum ITSMA allows us to position thought leadership in the broader context of strategic planning, client engagement and revenue growth. For Grist clients we can now provide a greater range of services and benefits, and for Momentum ITSMA's clients we offer a new tool to help them achieve their account-based marketing growth ambitions”

Mark Wellings and Andrew Rogerson - Co-founders, Grist

Over the past few years that support has expanded into Mark Probert, providing strategic and financial consulting support, resulting in him also leading on the deal process and supporting the owners to achieve that vision.

From a personal perspective it’s been a pleasure to be actively involved in supporting Andy and Mark the past few years, as well as through the recent transaction.

Grist has been at the forefront of research-based thought leadership in the B2B space and this next stage of the journey with Momentum will be very exciting to watch, which I will be closely.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank Rockpool Investments and our friends at Hybrid Legal for their pragmatic approach through the deal process

Mark Probert - Managing Partner, Cactus

We wish them all the future success.

Mark Probert - Managing Partner, Consulting

Mark’s extensive background in finance has made him indispensable to the many agencies he has supported on their growth journey and is one of the most recognised names in the industry.
